Dr. Marilyn Hosea, D.M.

Dr. Marilyn Hosea is an accomplished senior executive, consultant and educator with over thirty years of organizational management and leadership experience in the educational public and nonprofit sectors. For nearly thirty years, Dr. Hosea has been directing, designing and conducting innovative experiences for leaders and teams of leaders across the United States—including Tribal Nations. She is nationally recognized for her expertise in relational and compassionate leadership skill development and training. Dr. Hosea is an Affiliate Faculty Member at Regis (Jesuit) University, College of Business and Economics, where she teaches courses in Social Justice, Leadership, and Innovation/Change Management. She holds a Doctorate in Management (DM) from Case Western Reserve University, Weatherhead School of Management, with a focus on organizational behavior and change.

Maria Biffle

Maria brings over 13 years of business management practice to Org2. Her experiences include marketing, business analysis + reporting, management coaching, event management (design + planning) and social media. Maria also has excellent working knowledge of overall customer and operational management processes, customer service and employee development. She is both bilingual, bi-literate and working on learning her third language! Maria holds her bachelor degree in English + Spanish from Willamette University and her Master’s in Business Administration in International Business from the University of Phoenix. We are excited to have her as an addition to the OrgLearning2 team and know that she will bring fresh inspiration to all clients she works with. 

Hyde Bangui, Director of Research and Analysis

Hyde Bangui, our team’s most recent addition is a graduate student at The University of Denver. He is currently completing his Masters degree in Information Communications and Technology

with specialization in Geographic Information Systems (GIS).

Originally from The Republic of Congo, he obtained his Bachelor's degree at Methodist

University (Fayetteville,NC) in Environmental Occupational Management and a minor in

Financial Economics. He is well versed in quantitative research, data mining and data mapping.

He has completed numerous studies at the undergraduate and graduate level in areas such as waste management, climate change and economic development.He is also proficient in using ESRI softwares such as ArcGis online and ArcMap.

Hyde is applying his extensive knowledge in the area of community mapping to detail and enhance our Community Assessment work!
